A WORD ABOUT OUR FACILITY

Drive up access with wide metal roll-up doors.
Quality units for your "treasures". Our units are constructed like most homes, concrete foundations, wood frame, stucco siding, pitched shingle roof. These are better material to store your items, since they help absorb high humidity conditions and tend to stay cooler in summer and warmer in winter over metal constructed units.  And the pitched roofs are less prone to leak than flat roofs, which water is slow to run off. " See our facility "
Since we are owner operated we offer the best rental value in town.

TIPS FOR STORING YOUR PROPERTY

* Store small expensive items like stereo equipment, TV, camcorders, etc., in the back of the storage space in unmarked boxes.  Place large items like furniture and beds in front of them.  This will make it more difficult for burglars to get to them.

* Wrap glass and breakable items in plastic bubble wrap, and cover them with linens for additional protection.

* To minimize dust damage, wrap electronics and furniture in linens or clean paper.

* Make sure that the weather strip on the bottom of the storage door is in sealing position against the floor.

* Make a complete list of all goods stored, including brand names, product features and serial numbers.  Keep the list in a safe pace away from the storage space.

* To prove ownership, keep proof of purchase documentation like receipts, owner's manuals or warranties.  Or, make a photo or videotaped record of your stored goods,  Keep this material in a safe place away from the storage space.
